1. Where are your pieces made?
All OCELLÉE pieces are handmade in Mexico City in small, carefully controlled quantities.
2. What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer sizes XS to XL in most pieces. For specific fit notes, please refer to the sizing details on each product page or reach out to us directly. If your size is sold out, feel free to email us—we may be able to restock it or produce one for you upon request, depending on fabric availability.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
4. How long will my order take to ship?
Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.
5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn and returned with all tags intact. Please see our full Returns & Exchanges policy [link to subsection of Returns and exchanges inside of “shipping and returns”].
6. Do you offer refunds?
At this time, we do not offer refunds. We’re happy to offer store credit or an exchange. See full policy [link to terms and conditions].

and the reason for return and we’ll see how to best accommodate you
8. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email us within 72 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
9. Do you restock sold-out items?
Most pieces are made in limited quantities using deadstock fabric, which means restocks may not be possible. However, feel free to contact us about a specific piece—we may be able to produce upon request, be planning a re-stock or have a similar style coming soon.
10. Do you offer custom orders or alterations?
At this time, we do not offer alterations. Each piece is designed with a specific silhouette and fabric in mind though custom orders are welcome and to be evaluated. If you have a special custom order please contact us at [brand email].
