2. Products All products are handmade and produced in limited quantities. Colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly due to the nature of our fabrics and craftsmanship. We do our best to ensure accurate descriptions and photography.
3. Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or if a product becomes unavailable.
4. Shipping & Delivery We aim to ship all orders within the timeframe stated at checkout. OCELLÉE is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns & Exchanges We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every OCELLÉE piece. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate an exchange or store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and hangtags attached. We do not offer refunds at this time. Instead, we’ll be happy to:
• Exchange your item for another size or style (subject to availability), or
• Issue you a store credit valid for 12 months from the date of return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Please note: Items marked as Final Sale or custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. OCELLÉE is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Please allow up to 5 business days after receiving your return for your exchange to be processed or store credit to be issued.
