Shipping
Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.
Duties & Taxes
All orders are shipped from Mexico. Please note that international customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country upon delivery. These fees are not included in the shipping cost charged at checkout, as they vary by destination and are determined by local authorities. OCELLÉE does not control or collect these charges, and they are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If you’re unsure of your country’s policies, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
Returns
We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every OCELLÉE piece. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate an exchange or store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and hangtags attached.
We do not offer refunds at this time. Instead, we’ll be happy to:
-Exchange your item for another size or style (subject to availability), or
-Issue you a store credit valid for 12 months from the date of return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Please note: Items marked as Final Sale or custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. OCELLÉE is not responsible for items lost during return transit. Please allow up to 5 business days after receiving your return for your exchange to be processed or store credit to be issued.
